I am an experienced Event Manager and Social Host specializing in high-end events, business meetings, retreats, incentive travel and curated travel experiences across Europe and international markets.

With a degree in Event Management from the University of Warsaw and years of hands-on international experience across Europe and the USA, I manage projects end-to-end from concept creation and logistics to guest experience, production, partnerships and on-site coordination.

I’ve worked across corporate events, retreats, hospitality projects, destination experiences, festivals, workshops, weddings, fitness camps, trade fairs, and international productions – always combining creativity, leadership, strong organization, and attention to detail.

Organized a high-profile Women’s Day event in Warsaw for FCA with editors-in-chief and teams from leading Polish lifestyle magazines including Vogue, Zwierciadło, and Pani
Managed international production photoshoots across Europe and the USA, overseeing creative direction, logistics, contractors, hotels, and operations
Managed and coordinated the Black Coral Wax booth during the International Beauty Show in Las Vegas (USA, 2023) - overseeing booth operations, logistics, brand presentation, exhibitor coordination, and guest interactions throughout the event

Co-founded Fuertelocas (2021–2023) — a travel & events agency in Fuerteventura focused on bespoke itineraries, retreats, and incentive travel experiences for private and corporate clients including Coca-Cola (Canary Islands, Spain)
